How to Cook White Rice in Large Quantities, Fluffy


In this festive season, when close siblings come to gather we will surely cook in large quantities.

6. Study the rice you use. Plain rice (not hard not soft), measure the water right in the middle of the middle finger line. Rice that needs to use a lot of water, measure the water using the line above the middle finger. Soft rice, reduce water consumption. Use the bottom line of the middle finger. 7. I use plain rice. Measure the water right in the middle of the middle finger line.


8. Add a little salt. For a total of 3 kilos of rice, add 2 teaspoons of salt. Then flatten. This salt is intended to make the cooked rice durable, tasty and chewy.


9. Then add a few pieces of pandan leaves for a fragrant and appetizing rice aroma.


10. When the rice is cooked (the rice cooker switch has gone up), stir in the rice so that the rice cooks evenly. The accumulated steam will come out and the rice will not be moist. Here are tips to produce beautiful rice that does not spoil quickly.
