How to get rid of rice lice 

Rice lice are often the mortal enemy of housewives at home. The reason is that if it appears on rice, these lice make the quality of the rice not good anymore.

1. Bay leaves 

How to get rid of rice lice naturally is to put bay leaves into the rice bowl. Bay leaves have a strong aroma that rice lice don't like.

Here's how, dry the rice leaves in the sun or in the oven. Then, put the rice leaves into the rice storage box.

2. Cloves 

Putting cloves in rice grains can also keep fleas away.

Like bay leaves, cloves also have an odor that fleas don't like. However, this method of removing lice is a bit risky because it can change the taste of rice. Put a few cloves in a small bowl and place them in the center of the rice grains.

This will also make it easier for you to pick up the cloves when the lice are out of the rice.

3. Dry the rice in a place that is exposed to the sun

If you are reluctant to pick out the lice in the rice individually, pour the rice that has lice on top of the paper. Then, flatten the rice. Dry the rice in a place exposed to the sun. Make sure the area where the rice is drying is not damp or wet. Dry the rice for about 15 minutes or until the lice come out of the rice.

4. Store the rice in the refrigerator

Store infested rice in the refrigerator or freezer to get rid of rice lice.
