Delicious Chicken Rice Porridge
There are various ways to prepare this chicken rice porridge but basically, the only ingredients needed are chicken, ginger and also a little salt or seasoning. Can add various side dishes and other vegetables such as shrimp, crab meat, meat or so on according to their tastes.
For this recipe, I ate this chicken rice porridge with anchovies, onions and fried rice chillies. You can also eat this chicken rice porridge with salted eggs, salted fish, vegetables and even this rice porridge is suitable to eat with any type of side dish, depending on your taste.

Ingredients for chicken rice porridge:
- Chicken breast
- Salt
- 1 Cup of Rice
- Halia
- Chicken stock
- Salt (if necessary)
- Sesame oil
- Anchovies
- Onion
- Cili Padi
Ways to make chicken rice porridge:
- Boil the chicken breast until cooked. lift, tear and set aside.
- Boil and cook rice with water. You can add water little by little until the rice becomes porridge.
- Then, add ginger, chicken stock and salt if necessary. The porridge should be stirred constantly to avoid crusting.
- Add the chicken that has been boiled and shredded. Stir again until well combined. Add sesame oil and stir well. Turn off the heat and lift.
- In a pan, fry the anchovies until crisp add the sliced onion and chilli rice and fry them all until crisp.
- Serve rice porridge with anchovies, onions and rice chillies that have been fried earlier and can be garnished with soup leaves, fried onions and large red chillies that have been sliced if you like. Ready!
